Payments infrastructure
PayVizio Payment Orchestration
One integration across multiple payment providers, with routing you can see and control.
A payment orchestration and technology platform that sits between businesses and the payment providers they use. It abstracts payment methods, routes each transaction to a healthy provider by rules you set, fails over when a provider degrades, and keeps one lifecycle, one set of webhooks and one reconciled record across all of them.
The problem
What goes wrong without it
Built for d2c and ecommerce brands, merchants and platforms, fintechs.
01
One provider is a single point of failure
When a gateway or bank rail degrades, a single-provider integration has nowhere else to send the payment.
02
Every provider speaks a different API
Status codes, webhooks, refunds and settlement files differ by provider, and each new provider is a new integration project.
03
Routing decisions are invisible
Without per-provider health and success data, teams cannot tell why a payment went where it did or what a rule change would do.

Capabilities
What you get
Connectivity
Multi-provider connectivity
Adapters for multiple Indian payment gateways and aggregators behind one API; providers are activated per merchant under the merchant's or partner's agreements.
Payment method abstraction
UPI (intent and QR), cards, net banking and wallets as one payment object, whichever provider processes it.
New provider onboarding
Integration capability: Built as an integration point; activated per partner or customer engagement.Additional gateways, aggregators and bank rails integrated per partnership.
Smart routing
Rule-based routing
Route on method, amount, merchant, provider weight and other attributes, with priority and weighted splits.
Success-rate and cost signals
Routing can take recent provider success rates and configured cost into account.
Provider health monitoring
Per-provider health tracking with circuit breakers that stop sending traffic to a failing provider.
Cascading failover and retries
Retry policies and failover to the next eligible provider when one declines for technical reasons or is unavailable.
What-if routing preview
See which provider a payment would be routed to under the current rules before changing them.
Lifecycle, data and operations
Idempotency
Idempotency keys on payment creation so client retries never create duplicate charges.
Webhook processing
Provider callbacks verified per provider and normalised into one webhook format, with retries and a dead-letter queue.
Transaction tracking
A single state machine and audit trail for every payment, refund and chargeback.
Reconciliation and reporting
Ledger entries, settlement matching and exports across providers.
Merchant dashboard and analytics
Payments, refunds, settlements, routing and provider performance in one dashboard.
Scope and responsibilities
- PayVizio provides payment orchestration technology. Payments are processed and settled by the payment aggregators, gateways and banks the merchant contracts with; PayVizio does not hold merchant funds.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How does PayVizio payment routing work?
Merchants define routing rules on payment method, amount, merchant and provider weight. Routing can also take recent provider success rates and configured cost into account, and provider health is tracked continuously.
What happens when a payment gateway goes down?
A degraded provider is taken out of rotation by circuit breakers, and a payment that fails for a technical reason can be failed over to the next eligible provider under the merchant's retry policy.
Which payment methods does PayVizio support?
UPI (intent and QR), cards, net banking and wallets, abstracted as one payment object regardless of which provider processes the payment.
How is PayVizio integrated?
Through REST APIs with HMAC-signed requests and idempotency keys, plus signed webhooks. Documentation is at docs.payvizio.com.
Does PayVizio reconcile payments across gateways?
Yes. Ledger entries, settlement matching and exports are kept across providers, so payments, refunds and settlements can be tracked in one place.
