Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by PayVizio Technologies Private Limited (“PayVizio”, “we”, “us”) — our payment orchestration platform, onboarding services, and subscription plans. PayVizio is a technology service provider and does not hold customer funds; settlement is performed by your connected acquirers.

1. Onboarding & setup fees

Onboarding and setup fees cover work we perform to provision your account and assist with acquirer applications, verification, and integration. As this work begins on sign-up, these fees are non-refundable once onboarding has started. If we are unable to enable any acquirer for you, the onboarding fee is refunded in full.

2. Subscription & platform fees

Subscription and platform fees are billed in advance per billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current cycle. Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable, and we do not bill subsequent cycles after cancellation.

3. Transaction & acquirer fees

Per-transaction platform fees, acquirer charges, and card-network charges are passed through from the connected acquirers and networks. These are non-refundable, including where an underlying payment is later refunded to an end customer.

4. Refunds to your customers

PayVizio is not the acquirer and does not custody merchant settlements. Refunds to your end customers are initiated through the relevant acquirer and settled by that acquirer and the customer’s bank. Timelines depend on the acquirer and issuing bank and are typically 5–10 business days. You are responsible for your own customer-facing refund policy.

5. How to request a refund or cancel

To request an eligible refund or to cancel your plan, email info@payvizio.com from your registered email address with your account details. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
