Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the websites, APIs, or products of PayVizio Technologies Private Limited (“PayVizio”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

We provide (a) the PayVizio Payment Gateway platform and related APIs and dashboards, and (b) the Habit Money app and related services. Specific terms, SLAs, and pricing may be set out in separate agreements or product documentation.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or in a way that harms us, our users, or third parties. You must comply with applicable laws, including those governing payments, data protection, and anti-money laundering. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in our software, branding, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services in accordance with these terms and any applicable product agreement.

5. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not a bank; we do not hold funds. Settlement and fund flows are subject to bank and PSP terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred percent (100%) of such fees if paid for less than twelve months.

7. Governing law and contact
